The Fraser Valley meats come from animals raised without antibiotics or added growth hormones. The dry-aged beef, free-run poultry and high-quality pork are sold fresh at the full-service meat counter and also frozen, as well as spiced, stuffed or marinated. Fresh and smoked sausages are made on-site, using the same non-medicated meats. Homemade-style lunches are served in the bistro every day, along with roasted chickens and other hot foods to take home for dinner. With cooking classes offered every week, you can enjoy a dining experience using many of the gourmet foods that are available at the market. Farm fresh fruits and vegetables are available year-round, many of which come from Lepp Farms.
