Chef Nick recently built his own backyard wood-fired pizza oven and has just returned from a trip to San Francisco where he was tutored by a “pizza master” and he’s enthusiastic to share all he learned with you. Every step of the process will be covered, from mixing, balling, stretching and shaping to baking the final product.
