Master Chef Wolfgang works alongside you to create these dishes all from scratch and from fresh, local ingredients.

Your evening includes a glass of Krause Berry Farms Estate Winery Sparkling Strawberry wine, an apron to take home along with the knowledge and experience to re-create this for your family and friends. Once the meal is prepared, it is enjoyed together with Master Chef Wolfgang at a set long table.

Duration: 3 hours with a start time of 6:00pm

Instruction: Master Chef Wolfgang with recipes sent out via email upon request.

Cost; $138.00 plus tax, per person
Techniques vary, as do cuts, so we’ll cover them both in this hands-on class.

We’ll talk about picking out the best steaks including some of Wolfgang’s favorite local butchers and the big decision, grass fed v. grain fed. Wolfgang will give you tips for the grill, sauté pan, or even the oven, along with a variety of sauces and sides to compliment your hard work.

Menu: Rib Eye au Poive, Pan Seared Filet Mignon with Herb (from our own farm garden) Pan Sauce, Thai Flank Steak Salad, Mexican Skirt Steak with Tomatillos and a variety of sides to go along with them.
