Salmon is one of the most versatile proteins to work in the kitchen! It’s delicious and universally loved, quite good for you, and very easy to prepare. Kick it up a notch as you prepare Salmon in various ways: Mustard Crusted, Citrus Marinated, en papillote and Roast Salmon with Mojo de Ajo. Wolfgang will show you how to prepare your very own Gravlax (Cured Salmon).
Inclusive: one glass of Krause Berry Farms and Estate Winery Strawberry Sparkling Wine for the welcome introduction and cooking apron with emblem. Recipes will be sent to you via email upon request. Dinner and beverages for all participants.
