Late August is when beer hops should be harvested, so the focus of this session is on the ‘when and how’ of harvesting, drying, storing and using hops to make beer. For those who have hop plants, new or established, this is a great opportunity to learn how to make full use of them, but anyone who has an interest in the beer making process or is curious about attempting u-brew beer is welcome to attend!
