Come join us this spring and summer at Fraser Common Farm in Aldergrove, home of Glorious Organics.
Learn everything you need to know to set up your own hives! Participants will get classes in the life cycles and biology of honeybees, colony maintenance strategies for all seasons, and will learn how to apply pest management techniques essential to modern beekeeping.
Classes will be roughly 2.5 hours on the following Saturdays: June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22, with one end of season class on August 26 (honey extraction!).
Course fee is $200.
