cheeseOkay Cheese Lovers, now is your chance to learn how to make cheese from scratch! In this 2-hour workshop you will be learning a new skill of how to make Fresh Mozzarella cheese (bocconcini).
 

 

 

With guided step by step instructions from Chef Alexis of Make Cheese Inc. you will be instructed in the basics of making cheese curds, salting, brining, storage and working with rennet and bacterial cultures.
 

After 20 mins of instruction you’ll get right to making your own ready-to-eat mozza balls! If you had fun and want to continue connecting with your inner-cheesemaker, there will be cheese kits for sale so you can continue to make cheese at home!
