We are always thrilled to bring back David Robertson, owner and founder of Vancouver’s favourite culinary playground, The Dirty Apron, a place for amateur cooks, the curious and professionals alike, to learn, explore, and unleash their inner chef, TO LEPP FARM MARKET – BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

Sharing a passion for great food is something that we believe in very strongly. David shares this passion with us in spades! Former Chambar Sous-Chef, David has spent the past 20 years, building a formidable background in classic French cuisine. He has successfully pursued a career in the culinary industry, building a strong reputation as a passionate engaging chef and an excellent and inspiring tutor.

David will cook a delicious selection of recipes from his best selling cookbook, aptly titled, ‘The Dirty Apron Cookbook’, which will be available for purchase at the end of the class (and signing too!).
