Master Chef Wolfgang works alongside you to create these dishes all from scratch and from fresh, local ingredients.
Your evening includes a glass of Krause Berry Farms Estate Winery Sparkling Strawberry wine, an apron to take home along with the knowledge and experience to re-create this for your family and friends. Once the meal is prepared, it is enjoyed together with Master Chef Wolfgang at a set long table.
Duration: 3 hours with a start time of 6:00pm
Instruction: Master Chef Wolfgang with recipes sent out via email upon request.
Cost: $480 plus tax, per person (all four modules) for a maximum of 12 students
These basic techniques are essential for any beginner cook or hobbyist.
You will learn how to dice, slice, chop and much more in the safest and most efficient manner. Learn to master basic cooking techniques such as roasting, sautéing, poaching, baking and steaming.
All will be supported with learning material / print outs.
