Join our Head Cheesemaker in our production room for a Artisan Cheese Making Course for beginner Cheese Making.
In a hands on, one day course, learn to make a few of our signature Soft and Fresh Cheeses. For this course, you will learn the essential beginning to the world or cheese making. Starting with cleaning and sanitation through to salting and ageing processes and keeping.
