Chef Nick recently built his own backyard wood-fired pizza oven and has just returned from a trip to San Francisco where he was tutored by a “pizza master” and he’s enthusiastic to share all he learned with you. Every step of the process will be covered , from mixing, balling, stretching and shaping to baking the final product.
