Lepp Farm Market Butcher Jason is thrilled to welcome you to four evenings in the LFM Meat Room. We are continually asked by our customers for more hands-on classes that educate in butchery. This educational and fun course will teach you about all things pig, and walk you through a step-by-step process of breaking down a whole side of pork.
Your four-week course will start with a tasty sampling of a Lepp Farm Market charcuterie board of our own in-house handcrafted meats, and at the end of the four weeks, you will take home a supply of freshly made sausages, handcrafted by you. Each week we will work on knife skills and focus on a different section on the pig. As well, we will discuss how to use the different cuts of pork for in your cooking. By the end of the 4-week course, you will be fooducated in all aspects of nose-to-tail butchery and its wonderful benefits!
