Have you ever wanted to make your own fresh sausages at home, but didn’t know where to start? This class, co-sponsored by BC Pork lead by Georgio and Reno from Stuffers Supply Company, your local butcher, Jason Lepp, and our market chef, Chef Nick will teach you all of the basics on preparing your own hand-made sausages in your own home! Quality sausages make all the difference, the perfect combination of cuts of meat, coarseness of grind, fat ratios, casings, mixing and stuffing techniques will be explored as the team of master butchers and sausage makers teach you everything they know! Here’s your chance to learn from the pros. After learning how to make sausages, we’ll head over to our in house kitchen where our very own Red Seal Chef Nick will share his recipes using the sausages we made together and of course, you’ll get to try it all!
