Southern BBQ with Merchant’s Workshop and DL Chicken Shack

Fraser Common and Glorious Organics are hosting a longtable, farm field dinner, featuring a menu created and prepared by Chef Doug Stephens of Merchant’s Workshop and DL Chicken Shack.

Upon arrival there will be complimentary beverages of beer, supplied by Brassneck Brewing, wine, a custom bourbon cocktail by Wild Turkey and Dickie’s Ginger Beer and other non-alcoholic drinks prepared on site. Musical sensationsForagerwill also provide some twang for your listening enjoyment.

After your initial fortification of appies and drinks, a farm tour will be available. Giving you the opportunity to see first hand the miracle that is Glorious Organics, all followed by a truly remarkable dinner of pit roasted pork, fried chicken, and much more — with dessert from The Pie Shoppe.

Nestled in the Fraser Valley, Fraser Common Farm has been committed to providing social and educational experiences for nearly 40 years. By attending this fundraising dinner, you are helping to continue the work and vision of Fraser Common.

Come equipped with appropriate footwear for a farm walk and clothing for the weather prediction of the day. A blanket to relax on the grass with is also recommended.

Children are welcome, 6-12 years old are $50 and 5 years old and under are free. Please message me if you plan on bringing your children.
