We are always excited to welcome Sushi Master Chef Ron Suzuki back to our kitchen. This interactive, hands on class will have you wanting to take a trip to Japan as Chef Ron teaches you how to master the Maki-sushi roll, Sashimi and Cones. Ron will take you through the fascinating history of this popular Japanese dish, and will demystify all the popular beliefs of sushi. For sushi lovers, this is a class you wont want to miss out on!
Ron has taught hands on sushi making classes to North Americans since 1975. His Oshi Sushi and Banquet Sushi have been highlighted in the Northwest Palate Gourmet Magazine.
