Techniques vary, as do cuts, so we’ll cover them both in this hands-on class. We’ll talk about picking out the best steaks and roasts and the prep and love that goes with it. Menu: Rib Eye Roast au Poivre, Pan – Seared Striploin, Gigot d agneau and a variety of sides (starch and vegetable) to go along with them.
