On the Bone – the art of the roast class goes into detail about roasting techniques and skills that you can replicate and adapt. Wolfgang will be keeping the oven busy as he created an amazing all ROASTED creation of goodness. It includes roast asparagus salad, the classic Roast Sirloin with Sauce Béarnaise and Potato Croquettes – even for the dessert we stick to the oven and prepare a Baked Alaska.

Inclusive: one glass of Krause Berry Farms and Estate Winery Strawberry Sparkling Wine for the welcome introduction and cooking apron with emblem. Recipes will be sent to you via email upon request. Dinner and beverages for all participants
