The quintessential German dish! The schnitzel is traditionally made of pork, served with Spätzle (hand scratched soft egg noodles) and brown jus. Additionally it is usually served with a leafy green salad such as butter lettuce. We will also do some Apfelkuechle (apple in beer batter) with Vanilla Sauce and Cinnamon Sugar.
