About this Workshop

Join Andrea Potter, author of DIY Kombucha- Sparkling Homebrews Made Easy, learning how to craft your own kombucha, adding flavours that inspire your tastebuds and just the right amount of fizz (secondary fermentation). Learn how a fermented beverage made from tea and sugar can transform in nutrition as well as taste to become a truly remarkable, tasty and healthy beverage. Participants will be given resources to find a healthy SCOBY locally or by mail, and instructions on how to make their own using a bottle of store-bought kombucha. In this workshop, participants will be welcomed and encouraged (but not required) to make the product(s) during the workshop. An ingredient list will be sent in advance.
