Bernardin’s Home Economist, Darlene Tanaka, has been preserving fresh and seasonal produce for many years. She’s an expert! Join her in the kitchen while she demonstrates how simple and easy it is to preserve fresh flavours to be enjoyed year round. Everyone will taste each sample along with some baked goods from our bakery and even take home a jar of canning at the end of the evening.
