Sizzling Summer Give Away – October

It’s now October and sadly it’s the last month of our sizzling summer give away. But what an amazing selection of prizes from our participating farms!

This month we feature six farms that will really give you a grand tour of both sides of the Fraser Valley; Abbotsford and Chilliwack on the south side of the river and Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows on the north side of the river.

This month the prizes include:

• Blueberry Junction – 10 lbs frozen blueberries
• Fantasy Farms – two family passes to Petey’s Pumpkin Patch
• Grow & Gather – a giveaway pack that includes pollinator friendly flower seeds, cut flower scatter cans, variety of colorful veggie seeds, crocus and daffodils bulbs, and Renee’s Garden essential vegetable cookbook ‘More Recipes from a Kitchen Garden’. A total value of $65.
• Hopcott – $25 gift certificate
• Vitala – Basket of Vitala products – Vitala Milk, Vitala Yogurt, free-range eggs, Complimentary Family Pass from EcoDairy. A total value of $50+.
• Willow View Farms – a ten pound bag of apples of your choice, a gallon of cider, and a bag of dried apples

Entering is as simple as liking AND commenting on the Facebook post. The winner must be able to go to the farms to pick-up their winnings. The winner will be posted on Facebook and contacted via Facebook messaging.

We’ll draw the lucky winner this THURSDAY, October 5 at noon. The winner will be chosen randomly.
