The Local Harvest Market

Opening April 1, 2014. At The Local Harvest Market we are committed to providing our community with naturally grown foods that are produced right here on our 30 acre farm and in our region. At our convenient location in Chilliwack, just south of Highway 1, we grow an amazing selection of vegetables, fruits and herbs using natural growing techniques. Our mission is to help create a sustainable food system in Chilliwack that can be modelled worldwide and we take the time to share our mission and vision with everyone through interactive farm tours. We invite everyone to come to our farm and market to reflect on the importance of agriculture and to watch and learn how our farmers grow the freshest, tastiest fruits, herbs and vegetable imaginable. You’ll also enjoy learning about our curious alpacas and will be able to touch and lead these animals around in their pasture. We offer a wide range of activities for the whole family that will give you a genuine farm experience. Shop in our country market for wholesome, fresh local foods. Relax in our picnic area enjoying foods from our bakery and farm-sourced café. Tour our farm on foot, in our barrel train or on the hay wagon. Join an interactive workshop to learn about cooking and canning with whole foods. Here’s fun for the whole family every season of the year!
