Healthy Food from Healthy Soil… At Forstbauer Farm we farm with the understanding that the life & health of the soil is vitally important insuring that the food we produce has everything it needs to fuel our bodies. We invite families to visit our farm during the summer and experience picking your own blueberries and harvesting some of your vegetables. You are able to observe chickens and cattle as they wander freely in their open space making it possible for us to have certified organic free range eggs and organically raised grass fed and finished beef. Certified organic/biodynamic blueberries, strawberries, beets, green beans (Blue Lake and Fortex), carrots, chard, dill, pickling and regular cucumbers, kale, lettuce, salad and mixed Asian greens, potatoes, pumpkins (sugar pie and jack-o-lantern), summer and winter squash, zucchini, and most other vegetables are grown on our family farm. Ask us for information on certified organic/biodynamic Okanagan fruits. Visit us year around at farmers’ markets in Vancouver or the Fraser Valley. Please call the farm or visit our website to see if we are at a market near you. Visit the farm by appointment to experience harvesting your own certified organic/biodynamic fruits and vegetables. We have an abundance of frozen blueberries. Certified Demeter & Certified Organic. We now take all major credit cards.
